Yes. All our services are provided on a confidential basis.  Our infrastructure is completely HIPAA- compliant.

We do not record the session unless you ask us to.

All communication takes place electronically.  Our exam rooms are all cloud-based.  The communication is managed through our system in the cloud (over the internet), and our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.

Our providers utilize an integrated EMR (electronic medical records) system to record and store all notes in a secure data base.

Prescriptions can be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.  All you have to do is pick up the medication.  Alternatively, we can make arrangements to have the medication sent to you via the mail or via an overnight delivery service.

Contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule you.

Our system is based on quickly and efficiently arranging for the provision of services to our patients.  Because of the complexities of insurance and other third party reimbursement, we are unable to bill insurance or other third parties.  However, we will provide you an invoice or claim form that you can submit to your insurer, employer or other third party as proof of service, so you can claim reimbursement from them.
