Am I required to use telepsychiatry

No.  Telepsychiatry is an option that we make available to you.  If you prefer to be seen by a provider in person in a physical clinic, please contact us and we will assist you in making appropriate arrangements.

Q: How are medications prescribed for me?

Prescriptions can be sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.  All you have to do is pick up the medication.  Alternatively, we can make arrangements to have the medication sent to you via the mail or via an overnight delivery service.

Q: I have to pay up front for my appointment? Why?

Our system is based on quickly and efficiently arranging for the provision of services to our patients.  Because of the complexities of insurance and other third party reimbursement, we are unable to bill insurance or other third parties.  However, we will provide you an invoice or claim form that you can submit to your insurer, employer or other third party as proof of service, so you can claim reimbursement from them.
